Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Beebli (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the reading quiz recording service (hereinafter "Service"), defining the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company, including reading quiz generation, recording, and management. 2. "User" means both members and non-members who use the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. 3. "Member" means an individual who has registered for the Service and entered into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Terms Validity and Changes)
1. These Terms shall be effective for all users who wish to use the Service. 2. The Company may change these Terms as necessary within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations. 3. In the event of changes to these Terms, the Company shall notify users of the changes at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
Article 4 (Service Provision and Changes)
1. The Company provides the following services: - Book search and information provision - Quiz generation based on key book content - Quiz recording and statistics management 2. The Company may change the content of the Service, and changes will be updated from time to time.
Article 5 (Service Suspension)
1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases: - Routine system maintenance, expansion, or replacement - Power outages or equipment failures - Service overload - Other force majeure circumstances
Article 6 (User Obligations)
1. Users shall not engage in the following activities: - Unauthorized use of others' information - Alteration of information posted by the Company - Infringement of intellectual property rights including copyrights of the Company or third parties - Acts that damage others' reputation or cause disadvantage - Other illegal or unjust activities
Article 7 (Paid Services)
1. The Company offers paid subscription services with the following plans: - Monthly subscription: Auto-renews monthly - Annual subscription: Auto-renews annually 2. Subscription fees follow the prices displayed on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. 3. If a free trial period is offered, the paid subscription will automatically begin upon expiration of the trial period unless canceled beforehand. 4. Subscription management and cancellation can be performed directly through the user's Apple or Google account settings. 5. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and the payment policies of each platform apply.
Article 8 (Refund Policy)
1. Refunds for subscription services are subject to Apple's and Google's refund policies. 2. Refund requests can be made directly through each platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). 3. Refunds are not available for subscription periods that have already been paid for. Refund requests based on non-use of the service will not be accepted. 4. Upon cancellation of a subscription, premium services will continue to be provided until the expiration date of the current subscription period, and will not auto-renew thereafter. 5. Subscription cancellation does not mean immediate termination of the current subscription period and does not constitute grounds for a refund of already paid subscription periods.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company shall be exempt from liability if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure circumstances. 2. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.

These Terms shall be effective from January 3, 2026.
